Heneghan and Associates, P.C. prepares permit applications to the Illinois EPA, US EPA, IDNR, and US Army Corps of Engineers for site location, wetland impacts and other environmental impacts. Our services include coordinating with consultants such as wetland delineation experts, soils scientists, traffic engineers, and surveyors whose services are required for complete applications for our clients. We coordinate meetings with the State and Federal agencies and prepare the final permit applications.
Heneghan and Associates, P.C. can prepare, renew, and update NPDES Discharge Permits and Storm Water Erosion Control Permits and their Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
