Are you an experienced survey professional ready to lead and make an impact? We’re seeking a Survey Crew Supervisor to manage field operations, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field survey work following industry and state standards

• Ensure your crew follows safety protocols and uses proper PPE

• Plan daily field work across multiple projects

• Manage and maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory

• Oversee data collection and quality of field notes/sketches

• Work independently, make technical decisions within set limits

• Coordinate with office staff and attend project meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Surveying or Engineering Technology preferred)
• 3+ years of surveying experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Trimble or similar surveying equipment
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (a plus)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
