We are looking for someone to work full-time to promote the firm and its employees by writing material for release to various communications media, coordinate proposals and the marketing effort. Coordinator would work with all employee levels, clients and vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan communication of programs to maintain favorable public perceptions of the firm’s accomplishments and agenda.
  • Post and update content on the firm’s web site and social media outlets.
  • Write press releases or other media communications to promote employees, projects, the firm and its clients.
  • Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of the firm to develop public relations strategies that will promote ideas or services.
  • Prepare or edit organizational publications, such as client and employee newsletters and company brochures for internal or external audiences.
  • Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for employees to increase service awareness or to promote goodwill.
  • Develop plans or materials to communicate organizational activities.
  • Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for services, organizations, or individuals.
  • Purchase advertising space or time as required to promote services.
  • Coordinate marketing calendar.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, related field or equivalent.
  • One to two years of experience working in marketing, communications, or relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in:
    • Adobe Creative Cloud suite software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
    • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Word Press
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experienced and comfortable working at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license
