Are you an experienced survey professional ready to lead and make an impact? We’re seeking a Survey Crew Supervisor to manage field operations, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage multiple survey crews to complete projects on time and within standards
• Oversee field data collection, sketches, and electronic records
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Maintain and manage surveying equipment and vehicles
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure seamless communication
• Utilize Trimble equipment and related software for accurate measurements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Surveying or Engineering Technology preferred)
• 5+ years of surveying experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Trimble or similar surveying equipment
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (a plus)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
